Pet Policy

Restia Suites is pleased to welcome you and your pet to our hotel.
We understand how important your pet's well-being is. That's why we collaborate with Ekonav, which certifies and awards hotels for their high standard of pet care. From the moment you arrive, we will ensure your pet receives the utmost care. Below you will find information to make your and your pet's stay comfortable.
Pet Fee: There is a charge of €20 per pet per day, which covers the pet bed and snacks upon arrival and a deep room cleaning upon departure.
Pets: We welcome dogs and cats of all ages up to 10kg.
Pet Owners Must Provide: A passport equipped with a microchip, vaccination and deworming records from an authorized veterinarian, pet food and vitamins, a short leash and/or a stroller/carrier for cats, toys, disposable bags, and diapers.
Pet-Friendly Areas: Pets are allowed in the room, gardens, lobby, outdoor areas of food and beverage outlets, and the beach, provided they are on a short leash at all times.
Pet-Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the hotel's indoor public areas (gym & spa, pool area, indoor food and beverage outlets). If the lobby is the nearest exit, no stopping is allowed (not all our guests love your pets as much as we do).
Leash: All pets must be accompanied by an adult, be under full control of their handler, and always be on a short leash when outside the room.
"Pet in Room" Sign: Please place the "Pet in Room" sign on the exterior doorknob whenever your pet is in your room.
Room Policy: If you choose to leave your pet unattended in your room, we ask that you secure your pet in an appropriately sized crate. If you leave your pet in a crate, you must be reachable by phone or email. Understand that if hotel staff cannot reach you to address a disturbance, the hotel reserves the right to remove the crate (with the pet) from the room. In this case, hotel staff will keep your pet in a holding area and provide a protected environment until you can retrieve your pet.
Cleaning Policy: Pets must be removed from the room during any housekeeping service, or guests must place the "Pet in Room" sign on the door to indicate that service is not required. Please call the front desk to arrange a convenient time for housekeeping. For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present or (b) you are present and your pet is on a leash.
Damage to Rooms and Public Areas: Your account will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by your pet.
Disturbance Policy: If we receive more than two complaints regarding noise or other disturbances caused by your pet, you will be asked to intervene.
Liability: Guests with pets understand and agree that if the hotel cannot rent a room due to pet damage, the guest is responsible for any lost room revenue incurred during the repair. Guests with pets accept full responsibility for any property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet and agree to indemnify and hold the hotel, its owners, and operators harmless from all liability and damage suffered as a result of their pet.
Healthcare: Your pet's health and safety are important to us, so if your pet becomes ill or injured during its stay, we will provide veterinary care. All veterinary bills must be paid by the pet owner.
