Q-How can I book a room at Restia Suites?

Q-How long does it take from the airport to the hotel?

A-From the airport to the hotel will take you about 45 minutes by taxi and 1,5-2 hours with a bus. If you need to reserve a taxi transfer please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

 

Q-How far is the nearest village?

A-The nearest village from the hotel is Acharavi and is 1,2 km from the hotel. Guests can both walk along the beach or the main road and access the village.

 

Q-Is there a shuttle bus service to the village of Acharavi?

A-There is a free private transfer three times a day and it is pre-bookable at reception

 

Q-What are the time limits for checking in and out?

A-You can have access to your room from 14.00 on the day you check in (if there is availability of course, our guests can enter the room earlier than that). We ask you to check out by 12.00 noon at the latest, unless you need a late check-out and according to the hotel’s availability we can provide one with an extra charge. Please contact our reception for further information.

 

Q-Can I leave my Luggage at the hotel in case I have a late flight?

A-There is a Luggage room where you can leave your bags if you plan to leave late. The Luggage room is locked and only our staff have access to the room.

 

Q-When is breakfast served?

A-Breakfast is served daily 08.30-11.00 o’clock serving American buffet breakfast as well as Greek buffet breakfast.

 

Q-Do you provide beach towels?

A-Yes, we do and are changed daily

 

Q-Do you provide wi-fi internet connection?

A-Yes, we do and we provide a wi-fi antenna for free internet access and use

 

Q-Do we need to take any books with us?

A-We believe that our extensive list of titles in our library bar coves most our guests reading tastes so you do not have to worry about any extra weight on your luggage.

 

Q-What credit cards do Restia Suites accept?

A-The credit cards that are accepted for payments are Visa, MasterCard and Maestro

 

Q-Do I need any cash during my stay?

A-You can either pay cash for any consumption or charge everything to your room account and pay at the end of your Holidays either cash or by credit card.

 

Q-Do you accept children?

A-Restia Suites is an adults-only hotel and we accept guests from 16 years old.

 

Q-How can I make a special request regarding my stay?

A-Special requests can be made through an e-mail or via telephone notice.

 

Q-Do I need to bring my i-pod station?

A-No, we provide i-pod stations on request.

 

Q-What if I left an item at the hotel?

A-For lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If you can do so as soon as you realize your item is missing it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you.

 

Q-Can we have our Wedding at the hotel?

A-Wedding ceremony according to the Greek law must take place to the local town hall and then we can host your wedding reception. Restia Suites also offers a range of beauty treatments and preparation for the bride and the groom.
